Reciclar a crise / Recycling the crisis

Hi. A lot has been said about The Crisis. Suddenly everything is about numbers. Individuals, families, experienced/specialized techniciansbecame numbers/expense to cut/eliminate in order to avoid losses and maintain profit. People stopped smiling and started clenching their teeth to endure the sacrifices and lower life quality. What started as a money crisis turned into a people crisis. Money crisis always a solution - in the end no matter the value money is always a thing, a material that may assume different forms according to times and places Throughout mankind history goods, gold coins, silver coins and even the so-called precious stones were used as currency exchange. Nowadays is dollars, euros, pounds, yens. So money changes, its value and function in society remains ALWAYS materialistic.

Já as pessoas são muito mais importantes. Elas SÃO a sociedade, o saber, a ciência, a arte.

People on the other hand are much more important. They ARE the society, the knowledge, the science the art. It's true - we need money to execute many of our projects. But without people there's no money in the world that can build anything by itself.

We can create a community, establish/transmit culture, build a society solely with people. After so many money crisis mankind has endured it kept itself alive. And it will be able to be alive but only if people keep being positive, transmitting positivity, optimism and hope.

A crisis ALWAYS affects us - we can't help it because a lot of what we do depends on the resources available, ours and from others. But we can avoid some of the damage it causes. In the end, crisis turns some of our projects and aspirations into trash. Well, trash isn't always a bad thing that has to be thrown out, is it? ;o) It can be transformed into other things sometimes more beautiful than the original ones.

And the future could also come from something that initially looked like garbage...

Fiquem bem.

...so stay tuned and please stay positive. A smile doesn't the end money problems but it sure can help to avoid them turning into serious health and self-esteem problems. And this comes from a life-long pessimist that was changed by crafting with those things everyone thought should be going to the trash bin. Be well.
